Yana Shapiro

LMSW, Anxiety Coach & Mental Health Advocate

Through a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques, solution focused (brief) therapy (SFBT), and psychoeducation, Yana works with young women to build a better sense of self by encouraging self-love and becoming more aware of healthy and unhealthy behaviors and habits.

Yana specializes in anxiety disorders and works with clients on getting to know anxiety, it’s triggers and assists in developing individual coping skills. Yana provides individual services and facilitates “Ilonas Room” at the JCH.
